Good morning we are your student councillors Penny and Selena.
2 weeks ago, a selection of year 6s went to the Talented Young Writers convention at Fremantle Prison and met a local author named Mark Greenwood. He talked about how to create creative non-fiction stories. He loves history and likes writing about it.
Last week a group of year 6s went to Beeliar Primary School and participated in basketball and cricket at the interschool summer lightning carnival. Bibra Lake came 5th overall. The cricket team came 4th and the basketball teams did very well too, coming in the top 7.
The year 3’s and 5’s started their NAPLAN testing which continued until the 21st of March.
