Eight of our Year 6 students recently attended the Maths & Science Challenge Day at Lakeland Senior High School. 24 teams of Year 6 and 7 students from local schools competed. Our students worked together to tackle STEM challenges, including designing a windmill using limited materials and constructing a working catapult. Teams earned points across the day based on success, problem-solving and teamwork.
We are proud to share that our two teams placed 10th and 11th overall. Congratulations to Penny, Looth, Eden, Odin, Kalani, Kai, Jasmine and Eden for your fantastic teamwork and for representing our school so proudly!
