Planet Ark’s National Tree Day began in 1996 and has grown into Australia’s largest community tree planting and nature care event.
A big thank you to the students and staff who have been helping to weed the area along the senior oval fence line in preparation.
Rooms 1 and 13 planted native species to create a wildlife corridor.
A wildlife corridor is like a natural highway, allowing birds, insects and other animals to safely travel between the bushland and Bibra Lake through our school grounds.
We’re excited to help make our school an even better habitat for local wildlife!
