Enrolment Process
There are 4 stages to enrolling your child at Bibra Lake Primary School. These are:
Stage 1
Download : Application for Enrolment Forms
This document must be completed and returned to the school along with the child’s birth certificate, Medicare immunisation record (ACIR) and proof of address. Please see the Application for Enrolment Forms for more detailed information on necessary forms.
Documents can be scanned and emailed to BibraLake.PS@education.wa.edu.au (PLEASE NOTE: 10MB limit on emails)
Kindy Enrolments 2019
KIndy Enrolments for 2019 are now open for children born 1st July 2014 to 30th June 2015. Forms can be downloaded from the link above or are available from our School Administration building.
Stage 2
Meeting with the Principal or Deputy Principal.
Stage 3
Upon acceptance into Bibra Lake Primary School an Enrolment Form will to be completed.
Stage 4
An Enrolment Pack will be given, providing information on our School.
Out of Area Students
Bibra Lake Primary School accept Out of Area students (depending on availability of places). Our Local Intake Area children will be given priority. Out of Area students Kindy students will need to re-apply for Pre-Primary.
